Aaj kal ki ati vysat BhagDodh bhari jindgi me lagatar kam karte rahne ,samay pr khanpan na karne , jyada mahenat karne ya fir thik nind na lene ke karan or tanav me rahne ke karan sareer me jaldi hi thakavat havi hone lagti hai. Jis se hamare badan me dard hone lagta hai. Jis se kisi bhi kaam me dil nahi lagta.

Aaj hum aapko yaha pr kuch badan dard se rahat pane ke liye kuch upaye bata rahe hai. Umid karte hai aapko pasand aayege.

1. Lahsun ki 4 kaliya leke unhe chil le or aadha chamach ajvayn ke dane 30g sarso ke tel me dal kr dhimi dhimi aanch pr pakaye. Jab dono kale hone suru ho jaye to unhe utar kr chan le. Is tel ho chota gun guna garam hone de. Or fir is tel ki malish kare. Aapke har parkar ke badan dard se rahat milegi.

2. Akhroth ke tel ki malish karne se hath paaron ki athan ka dard thik ho jata hai.

3. 10g kapur or 200g  sarso ka tel ek sisi me dalkr use band karke dhup me rakh de. Jab dono mil kr ek ho jaye tab is tel ki malish kar le. Aapka har parkar ka dard samapt ho jayega.

4. Haldi dard nivark mani jati hai. Badan dard me haldi ko dudh me milakr lene se sigher hi aaram milta hai.

5. Badan dard se bhachne ke liye jyada se jyada fal sabjiyo ka upyog karna chahiye.

6. Sarso ke tel me namak mila kr ise   thoda garm kr le. Is ko fir apne badan pr malish kre. Aapka badan dard thik ho jayega.
